We are hiring Anaplan support specialist and below have shared the detailed JD for your reference:
Anaplan support specialist is mainly focused on supporting Anaplan applications (modelling and programming), working on incidents and change requests for Anaplan models, analysis of new business processes/requirements and inefficiency in existing ones as well as alignment with Global process owners and Global Governance teams. This position will cover Sales/Marketing/ Finance/ Supply business areas including cross-functional business processes like Game Planning, Customer profitability, Revenue management, Overheads planning. Anaplan support analysts work as a part of Global Anaplan Center of Excellence; they work on enhancing and improving planning solutions for 65 markets globally or create new planning solutions.
1.Manage the incoming application related requests (Access request, Incident, Change request, problem request, how-to question) as L2 support.
2.In case of Incident look for the root cause, prepare memo, escalate.
3.Translate business requirements to technical language and model/programming them in Anaplan applications (main task of the position) using formula, pivot tables, big massive of data, building reports, workflow, uploading/extract functionality and etc.
4.Communicate with end users in case of more detail need for a request / incident / change;
5.User rights maintenance including internal Anaplan models maintenance related to licenses compliance, reporting, access revocation and etc.
6.Audit of the models - meetings with key business users aimed to analyze existent business processes inefficiency, models optimization and improvements according to latest Anaplan platform capabilities, and then build& execute the plan for improvement.
7.Creation of Business requirements definition document and it's sign-off with business.
8.Working closely with Solution architect and project teams for alignment of model architecture, master data management and workflow.
9.Alignment of the model changes with Global process owners and Global Governance teams
10.Creation of User Acceptance Test plan for own developments;
11.Creation of documentation and instructions for business users of business model logic;
12.Enhancements of the model based on the feedback and warranty period, bugs fixing and maintenance.
1)High education in IT, mathematics or economics;
2)Fluent level of English
3)2 years of Anaplan modelling in sales, marketing, planning or finance business processes. It's a must to have L3 hands-on experience in building models and modules, so deep knowledge of Anaplan modelling required
5)Expert level of Excel knowledge;
6)Ability to model business process and analyze gaps,
7)Driving behavior, ability to drive end-to-end modelling process with minimum guidance;
8)Think-out-of the box mind, ability to propose new/not-standard solutions
9)Good communication and negotiation skills
11)Ability to work in constantly changing environment within tough timelines;
12)Flexible in working hours (from 9 AM - 6 PM to 12 PM - 9 PM for example)
