Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude. Posting of job openings on internet job boards, groups etc
Processing suitable candidates resume, and follow ups of candidates till the closing of positions.

Knowledge/experience on hiring technologies like Android, iOS, Windows mobile, Blackberry, JAVA, .Net, Testing, Oracle, PHP, SAP, SharePoint, IoT, TalenD..,
Experience in initial level of screening by understanding the requirement.
Experience in volume/lateral hiring.
Good communication skills. Working in pressure by archiving the targets.
