Job Summary: The Account Manager will be responsible for all client interfaces with the assigned account or a portfolio of accounts for defined countries or service lines with IT recruitment and staffing practice. The Account Manager builds and manages key client relationships and is responsible for the top-line performance of the portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage assigned corporate accounts, build lasting relationships with client managers and team members, mine the account and increase value and revenue.
- New customers acquisition, identify potential clients and pursue them, onboard new customers.
- Expand service offerings, work with the leadership team to design and offer new service lines to customers.
- Ensure quality and timeline in service delivery to the client at all times.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new clients and strong connect with direct customers hiring managers and other avenues to generate the staffing business/requirements and liable to generate new business opportunities from existing clients.
- Generate consultant assignment opportunities with existing client managers.
- Work in collaboration with a dedicated recruiting team to facilitate a successful delivery process for clients.
- Manage the entire staffing sales process from prospecting to close.
- Maintain close relationships with key client management to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
- Generate sales revenue in new accounts.
- Disciplined planning process; well versed in using technology and contact management systems for follow up.
- Provide weekly reports of sales activity, pipeline progress and deals to the leadership team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of prior experience in IT Consulting / Staffing & Recruitment Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extensively in Tracking Tools.
